Sky F&F Deal back on

OK, Sky cancelled (that was hard work!)

But they tell me that it takes 31 days to cancel and that you can only have one account per address.

As your offer expires 22 Jun, and my cancellation is 27 Jun, i think i am now Skyless and unable to use the code. :(

Not your fault, yours is a great offer, but any advice?
 
So book my deal for an install after your current contract expires? Tell them you've left the house amd she wants an account in her name. Sky won't change the account holder name in an account. You should have remained quiet about the new deal, did you mention it when you cancelled?
 
OK, it is all sorted.

I spoke with Sky and cancelled my account (certainly did not mention i would be re-registering with a Friends and Family code!)

I went through the online process with your code and registered in wife's name. All went through with HUGE discount, but a short time later i got a phone call saying we can't have the deal as i was an account holder.

I did as you said and stated i was leaving and she is a new account holder. Lo and behold the girly put my order through!!

Mate, i am really sorry, you put up an offer like this and all i have done is create problems!! But i think i'm sorted, so thank you very much!!
 
No problem really! Glad you got it sorted.

I have ONE new customer code and TWO existing customer deals available. I may have two extra codes available next week, I'll let you know.

According to the website ALL codes have been received. I may get a few more in the post in the next few days but one has already been taken if that happens.
