sky free view.. question

I currently have sky+ in my living room.. got sky sports etc.. The sky dish I have has 4 lnb connections. Only 2 of these lnbs are being used.
If i get another sky box (my parents have a spare old sky box lying around) and connect it to one of the lnb sockets on the dish.. Can I get the free sky channels for my bedroom?
What extra channels would i get over freeview if any?

Connect a Sky box to a satellite without a subscription and it'll be a freesat box, So that'll give you these channels-

Can't really say I used any of those channels over Freeview, But the advantage of Satellite VS Aerial is definitely a plus.

for some channels you need the sky freview card, which you can order from them

Don't forget, that if you want to use the recording functions of the Sky+ box, you'll have to have a Sky subscription, which start at £18.

the sky+ box is in the living room and i have a subscription for that.. was just thinking of getting another box for the basic channels for the bedroom
