I'm quite happy with the price even on month 18 when the discount comes off, just wouldn't mind UHD.

Only in package upgrades, not with Q. Might be worth checking out Sky VIP though you can usually get reduced install with that.

35% off every and any package you take, yes. And yes, it's Sky Q only unless you physically can't have Q due to communal dish.

It does, yes but that gives you UHD and HDR if your tv supports it also.
