Sky Netgear Flashed Router Fault

Friend flashed his router bout 6 months back and has just reset the router to factory settings and now he cannot log onto the router with the default sky login id and password and he has no internet connection.

This is a netgear dg834gt.

Any advice welcome.

Yeah they offered him a new one but he didn't want to wait. Admin and Sky where there username and password he should have been using but not working.
