Need the Silver (now marketed as Sky Q 2TB) to get UHD.

Have been asking for existing customer upgrade offers for weeks but if we get one it won't be anywhere near as good as that!
 
Sadly I have been advised i will not be receiving any new codes. Even for Sky+HD. :(

There is going to be a change in how Sky Q is sold next week so any available offers may change and there's a small possibility a new offer may be introduced.
 
So of the TEN codes I've sent out, only FOUR are confirmed as booked. Considering I had to let EIGHT people down this is very disappointing. If you're not going to actually use it, don't ask for it if you 'might' or are 'considering it'!

Sadly I don't get actual visibility of the codes unless the person send it back to me. I might send them a message asking them to send the code back. A lot of the time it ends up in the spam/trash folder.

Actually I've just seen that I do have the codes. Will send them an email tonight when I'm on the PC asking if they're going to use it or not. The same thing happens every time tbh, half the codes go unused and I turn people away.

Pardon me, I DO have you down as booked now, so four booked, 6 unbooked/Opened the email.
 
I certainly have no codes and have been advised I won't be getting any more. The current deal ends on the 29th so there may be new offers next month.
