Sky stats after 10day

After sky failing to supply a router for the 10day period i stuck my old router in which i had a problem connecting to it so i had to reset it , and in the 10day period ended up with 2 power cuts :(
Should i contact sky and ask them to redo the 10day start thing or just leave it?
