Skyrim black screen in SLI

It may be the nvidia drivers. I had a problem today benching with 1 and 2 cards. Every time I went into the nvidia control panel to check or change settings. The driver for my mouse (steel series if its relivant) clashed with nvidia control panel and froze the desktop up bad enough to require a reboot. In the end I uninstalled the mouse driver and after that no problems.
