so short of cutting my mates land rover roof off, i need to make a sled of some sort any suggestions ? also anyone know any other cool stuff to do with the snow that i havent heard of ?

How big a sled? I've seen people use the lids off the recycling bins round our way.

that would be good i know the type what your on about my nan has the bin in question, we dont have them round here :f

If you've got access to an old pair of skis you can cut up and a bit of time/know-how then you can bodge together a sledge from them, however they tend to be pretty heavy and best for relatively hard packed conditions. Other than that something with a fairly broad and smooth base is best.

Depending on the quality of the snow you could try making an igloo but realistically the snow isn't likely to be suitable as it needs to be pretty settled to make compact enough blocks.

ive ran the iglu theory before didnt turn out well, my dad made one back in the 80s but he said there was a lot of snow.

dont have many skips around me :F

Plenty round here. A couple of old warehouses were demolished after mysterious fires that were in no way related to a potential property development. I think the Borough Arsonist is taking on some freelance work.

Kitchen trays.

Head to a supermarket , buy cheap ones for £1 each , or steal them from McDonalds :D:p

Iglus can be made by compacting a massive lump on snow , then carving out the inside :p;)
