sleeping on my side, waking up with numb arm

It get worse as you get older.

I Kill my arm nearly every night. I somehow got into the habit of sleeping with my arm above my head but under the pillow.. effectively resting my head on my arm.

I guess my dad must've been right when he used to call me a fat head coz like I said... I kill my arm.

I sleep on one side and never have this. Try sleeping on your back, on the other side, if you are that concerned go and see your quack.

I remember the first time this happened to me...

I woke up, rolled over, and then this cold, dead hand smacked me in the face.

Scared the bejesus out of me.

Probably because it's an awkward angle. Best bet is to ask a mate to hold the numb appendage.

hmm this kinda goes with my subject.

i was dreaming that i stepped on some glass at work and it went through my shoe into my foot... I then woke up with the pain and now im having to take painkillers to make the "pain" go away... But theres nothing wrong with my foot in "real life".
