Does anyone know of a fairly good program that can show me processes / programs that are causing my PC to boot slowly?

I seems to be getting very long post login delays.. (1-2mins after the start menus shows will any other apps boot.. even basic ones like chrome takes a good 30 seconds to just boot after launch).

Running Windows 7 64bit (6GB RAM, i7, Raid 0 HDD).

Start > Run > MSconfig

See what's ticked on the startup tab. Get rid of all things that are not needed such as Skype, Itunes all the general crap. Do not un-tick your OS, Anti-Virus, Network Adapters, Audio adapter and so on

If that doesn't work. Go for a defrag if it's a conventional drive (don't defrag an SSD) and maybe go for an error check to check bad sectors.

Installing CCleaner and getting rid of cache build-up and the like might be a good idea as well.
