After my previous thread in which the only reply I got was about needing the 1080ti for 4K I’m not really expecting much, but I’m glutton for punishment so here we go.

I’m doing this on the iPad so not going to have the usual basket on these spec me threads.

Water cooled:

Need advice on which radiators will fit in the case, tho I’m looking at 2x 240(the case can fit 2 with an itx mb or just the one with a matx from what I’ve read), looking at

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xspc-rx240-dual-fan-radiator-v3-wc-295-xs.html X2

What’s the current pump/Res of choice?

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/mayh...ooling-tubing-38-12-13-10mm-1m-wc-115-mh.html 1m going to be enough?

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/mons...center-compression-fitting-red-wc-064-mo.html x6 I (already have 4 from a previous build so will be 10 total)

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/mayhems-pastel-red-coolant-1l-wc-060-mh.html

I have a Coolermaster RM850 PSU from 10 years ago, not sure if it’ll fit in the case

~£2200 before pump/Res and fans + psu if needed.

AIO:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £2,232.81 (includes shipping: £0.00)

can cut it back changing the case and fans

With the new ryzens out in April going to wait and see how they do, however the case, cooling etc should be the same

Make sure once you have items in your basket to click on BBcode and paste it here.

Thanks, didn’t know that as it’s been ages since I’ve done a spec me thread on here(well from my last build to that thread I posted last month). My iPad doesn’t seem to like the bbcode tho as it’s not allowing be to do the usual select all to copy, had to mess around trying to get all of it.

Another option but without all the fancy rgb, the ssd has gone up since last night.

Ryzen, slap on Alphacool Eisbaer LT 240 or 360 for £77/93 .
I have that case and with the 25mm thick rad and 25mm fans you'll be able to install 305mm length cards in their with AIO in the front

Would personally push 500GB SATA or Sara m.2 over lower and faster 256GB NVMe drive .
Most that don't clear old Win 10 Builds when updating eat up about 100GB ... Fall edition is about 40GB unit , and when new drive is formatted , 10-20GB isn't useable to start with

I would go with 500gb but it’s double the price, I tried asking in another thread but never got a reply if wd black is good.

Of you want budget, get Kolink new cases based on the OEM design that made corsair 400c/460x
Unlike the Phanteks P300 it comes with 4 fans - even RGB for cheaper .

How easy/difficult is it to build in?

Evolv mATX TG is lovely ! The swing doors and unhinge... Smart choice for building and quick tinker. Just wish their was also a lock to stop it opening .
Air flow at the front is better then Evlov ATX TG version it still top could use more vents

Will this work(especially the AIO and psu)? Trying to go silver with this, which 1080ti would work with it?

@fowler002

thing with every ITX case , specially ones that have a shroud, you cant fit 2.5/3 slots in *correctly* - seen 2.5 slots like the Strix go in this case but temps are high and bascially no access for air to be draw in, 3 slots like Aorus and AMP stand no chance!
mATX does offer that little bit more space and expansion.

if you want a damn good ITX case- but a cheap £30 one and order a Louqe Ghost S1.... thats how ITX cases should be or NCase

Well I’ve got a 1080ti , the evga 1080ti ftw3(well just need to wait for the guy I bought it from to send it).

Not included the mb or cpu as waiting for the ryzen zen+ before deciding, not sure on the ssd either. Not sure if I should go for a 256gb m2 for the os and 500gb for storage, any suggestions for a good silver ssd? Seen the crucial mx500 500gb for £110 or so, OcUK only have the mx300. But I’m not sure on crucial as the last time I had a crucial ssd it failed after couple of years.

Slap 280 up top, not going to fit in the front with the card, only problem is the air flow escaping the top ....
Personally if your going nzxt , smaller 140mm AIO and slap on the rear , should handle Ryzen and Ryzen+ which is on a smaller more efficient node (heard 4.4ghz was reached though leaks are 4.35ghz)

Move the supplied rear 140mm to the top rear .
You'll have one front provided 140 which you may need to position above or below the GOu due to its length. This means case will run negative pressure which is best for this case and draw air through gaps into the case

As for storage, just push the largest you can afford personally . Specially at prices NVMe isn't worth it over sata 3 ( coming from the person that has 3 of them in a rig)

Thanks I’ll take that into account when I eventually come to buy in the next couple of months, well if I go with this colour scheme.
