Small Car Required

Hi all,

I friend (female) is in the market for a small car to replace an old Fiat. Budget is around 3-4k.

Requirements: 5door hatch. ABS, airbags, max ~4 years old, E/W, Cd player and the usual creature comforts.

Ideas include Clio, Fiesta, Corsa, 206.

Any recommendations/suggestions?

The Golf's a good suggestion - didn't realise you could get mk4s for under £4k - definately worth a look.

What's reliability like on Clios?

Cheers for the input guys. I'll do some further investigation on 206/Golf/Yaris/Clio.

Just got to persuade her of the difference between looks and quality..!
