Small(ish) Android Phone

Looking to buy a new phone for my mother for Christmas, currently she has an S3 Mini and really likes the size of it.

I'm really struggling to find anything reasonably sized, I'd like to stay Android and, if possible, Samsung but that seems a struggle.

I started looking through the Samsung Galaxy J series but became quickly confused as some of the J4 models were released after the J5,J6?!

Another thought was the M10 but this is significantly larger and I'm not sure she would get on with the size.

Budget would help

I was going to say Pixel 3a but depends on the above

Ideally up to £150 so that limits me even more so!

Interesting, I was coming to make a similar thread. I have an Aunt who I bought an original Moto G for and she loved it, but it died recently. I don't think she'll like the size of phones these days...

I’ve found the Xiaomi Redmi 7A is very reasonably priced but is 146mm in height. I’m stuck otherwise.

I used GSMArena Phone Finder to narrow things down. I'm contemplating the Samsung Galaxy A20e at the moment...
