snatch plate?

anyone have any idea what a snatch plate is?

I just got a letter from the police saying I had left one in Wolfs :confused:

Yeah I guessing its to do with the car too. I need to ring them i guess but I dont have the letter with me.

its used on a car as a tow or a winch bit. looks like a hook sort of thing - its called a snatch becase of the way you attach it
