Ended up hitting a lamp post today!! Then someone went into the back of me!!!!!!! Ruddy snow!

Tried to avoid lamp post but veered straight into it. It was like everything was in slow motion!!

Been told it could be more than 2k worth of damage! I am totally gutted.

06 plate Renault Megane. :(
 
How did you hit the lamp post?

This would have been better in motors.
 
Ouch, my other half is currently driving through hellish traffic to get home, looks like it's going to take her about 2 hours at least to do what is normally a 20minute journey

Good luck with the car though it sounds like it's too late for luck, and ... oh joy the council has run out of grit.
 
I skidded into the lamp post going around a bend. I wasn't going fast either!! Ice!!

After that a car came along and did the same thing but skidded into me!!

Did you cry?

These things happen. So long as you're happy your properly evaluated the risks of driving and the skill involved during this poor weather, just take it on the chin and hopefully you're insured and honest like the rest of us :)
 
It's God's fault!! He's angry at you for using so many exclamation marks!!!!!!!!
