Nobody can tell you when it's going to snow, it's impossible 
I've been up in the mountains a lot and seen loads of snow already this winter, never thought to write OCUK in the now though because, well, it's sad...
I'm not gonna turn this into another global warming topic like every other weather topic on here .. But it's only the start of December, not unusual for it not to have snowed(outside of Scotland)
Best Bet for snow though is from the 20th onwards i'd say
