Snow + RWD + Trackday

Not sure any track day organiser would let you out in snow or ice, it would be carnage. I was at Silverstone 6 weeks back and it was wet causing 8 red flags during the day as Lotus's bedded themselves into the gravel and barriers every half hour of so.

Few years ago at snowy Hockenheim and Spa the drivers briefing was no different to a wet race.

But there is distinct mentality and attitude when we brits are on the track which is a shame all of use want to have fun but many are careless about others out on track too. I don't blame marshals getting flag happy in any way and i'm not immune from the occasional black or red flags over the decades either.

European track days (Spa, Monza etc) often have far more laid back track rules, the UK ones in the main are more strict but there are exceptions where you can overtake on both sides etc. Radicals on track days, now there's a whole can of worms...;)
