I was on the right track when i asked about ssd's then. Does it say anything under the health tab in HDtune?

Yeah its wreckd lol. Anyway the guy on the phone was helpful and told me to send it back and he willl get me a new one out. after i put the phone down i wish i had of asked if i could pay abit more for a better/different one. knowing my luck it will happen again.
