They seem legit and I've not found anything negative about them or I wouldn't have ordered from them. They just seem to be one company that's expanded in to two different areas of the photography market. I've since found an old advert archived on a forum mentioning the directors founding a second company in 2004, so they're probably just small that order from suppliers when an order comes in.
I've since posting this found an email in my junk folder confirming the order with them, first thing this morning. I'm still unsure why their site isn't listing the order, although I suspect it's just the cast that their tracking system is a simple one that tracks only when dispatched, and not the whole order process like Scan, for example.
