but hermione is hawt :o

Its a shame she (the character) is quite possibly THE most annoying person i have ever had the displeasure of listening to, plus she can't act for toff.

A certain large online book retailer has it for pre-order, but there's two versions, a kids one, and an adult one.

Anyone know what's the difference?

Yeah, I think it's just so blokes can feel less like morons when they read it on the train :)

I have the grown-up cover version of Order of the Phoenix, but all my other copies are the kiddie's ones.

Films are mostly okay but the third one was awful!!! i hated it.

Can't wait! I'm so excited, I think I scared my colleagues yesterday when I found out.

Had it pre-ordered for over a month, never expected it would be out so soon :D

The print size may also be slightly smaller. Have to see them before deciding which one to buy.

These books in my opinion are not perfectly written but they are certainly what I would consider the most fun you can have reading other than getting hooked on LOTR, my trend is to pull a one day read on them like I did with the last one and just plow through the book. Its the only way to read and its just so much fun.

Only two books I literally can't put down are the Harry Potters and LOTR. Fantastic reads from 3+, the first two are very good but they are more like an isolated story and it is only when a "bigger picture" is introduced that it becomes much much better.

Books are much better than the film. I am totally excited about the new harry potter book. I like the movies but they are nowhere near as good as the books.

Are there even any spoilers yet? :s
No, but anyone posting spoilers like spoon did when the last book was released, solely to ruin the storyline for people, will be suspended for as long as I remain annoyed, and I'm still pretty annoyed from the last time ;)
