so just bought a dehydrator

so just bought a dehydrator plan is to use it to lose weight .. i snack loads .. so having healthy snacks i can lose a little bit of belly fat ..
i'm 57 .. beef jerky will be the main .. with dried fruits .. if it does not work .. well i still have jerky

Edit: Mushrooms too if you forage at all (great way to store them to rehydrate later)

At 57 if you look down you'll see something else that looks like a dehydrated piece of beef

Tip: don't dehydrate and then rehydrate a hot dog
