..But I have been warned to not use my Sandisk 1gb card on it as it was probably responsible for my two bent pins. So now I need to get a replacement.

Is it possible that my life time guarantee will be valid for such a problem, and I could get a replacement? Perhaps I am better off e-mailing Sandisk about it.

Finally, I would also like to ask whether the Extreme III offers much over the Ultra II? These CF cards are getting cheaper by the month and I wouldn't mind getting a 1gb Extreme III and possibly a 2GB one as well.

i use the extreme3 1gb and its a good card, but ive been told that the ultra2 would have been just as good for my 20d - makes no difference as they were more or less the same price when i got it
