Fancy that, shock as winter tyres are not second coming of jesus when all the snow has gone :D

Will be interesting to see how this compares with the other cars you've got lined up :)

You know when I wrote that I was thinking of you. :)
Still goes to show most summer tyres are fine for our winters when its just cold and damp. :)
If Id have not been running normal summer tyres Id have not bothered with winters but I can't complain the Michelins have been stunning all rounds and work superb on snow too.

Drink time! :D

Iv been a good smurf and got ready its my wife and daughter holding us uop now :)

I fear the Scotch will have the better of you ,my young Padawan!

WE got to go to 2 places tonight but iv give me daughter 50 quid to drive so we can get hammered all abourd the golf :D auto you know proper car

Thats a combination of average tyres and too much power for an FWD car not the fact its winter :p

are you gonna wish me happy new year ot what im ****ing depressed now :)

Yeh but you never did know how to have fun!

They were on it when i bought it,it had been sitting in a dealership for 4 months so i guess the last owner fitted them during the summer,Infact i know he did as i have the receipt for them from May 2010.

Happy New Year Fox, hope you get all you wish for.

You clearly have an irrational hardon for the TTRS. The only available conclusion is that it's the only one you can actually afford to run. My prediction is that you will end up with an s-line a3.

nice review Gibbo

i got the feeling from your reaction when you got back from the test drive that you were impressed with it but not astounded by it.

in my opinion you want to be only considering stuff that will impress you given your previous cars and the budget you are laying out.

there are a lot of options available to you with the prices you are looking at paying so 'settling' for something would just leave you kicking yourself.

i personally thought you would get back from it and be very unimpressed but it seems that you werent impressed enough in my opinion.

get in that 911 :D
