So this morning I've decided to go cold turkey...

eat fruit! heathy and no weight gain in one!

also I stopped smoking full on a while back i do cave now and again and have the odd one when im on the beer. things ive noticed esp due to the smoking ban

Clothes dont smell the morning after
smokes taste absolutley horrid!

If any of you are inerested in an update. Apart from the half a fag i had thursday night, ive been cigarette free since Thursday morning

Feeling so much better and less groggy in the mornings which is a strange feeling! I'm still haveing cravings dont get me wrong, but they are more than manageable!

To top it all off my sister had a baby boy this afternoon so im in a great mood with no need to smoke
