^ Same. :p

Is anyone else quite annoyed about Gigabyte's stupid SATA port placement on anything less than the UD4? Seems like you have to pay extra for right angled SATA ports now :/

Nice boards guys!

Sabertooth looks nice but don't think it will do much for my sideways tower cooler.. Pretty much no airflow to the MB then... :/

Looks like Gigabyte have a good range going :). I like the thicker copper PCB.

there is airflow do you see the little square in the middle? you unscrew it and insert an 80mm fan which blows the air down under the plastic vest and around the board! :)

Guess so but would rather just make use of all my case fans and the high air flow in that :). I suppose it is useful for the extreme overclockers who need the extra forced channel cooling (with the extra fan) :).

Is that UEFI? It says BIOS. Or am I being stupid.

Yep that is UEFI but they've stuck with the BIOS name just because that's what we are used to I suppose.

It's pretty intuitive to work with and very smooth but the functionality is very similar to the regular BIOS. I'd take UEFI any day though so I hope the Gigabyte boards come bundled with it.

I know Foxconn are meant to have UEFI as well at some point. It seems to me that ASUS are the most prepared for this launch.

Yeah they certainly are. I've had no problems with their Sandy Bridge offerings so far but for other brands I can't say the same.

For those who haven't yet used/seen UEFI you are going to love it! It's amazing.... :)

yeah if gigabyte don't support uefi then i'm gonna have to switch back to asus this time, any idea what sort of ballpark figure the cheapest one with sli support will cost? and will it have a pci slot? oh and ye what's the score with the coolers, 1156/1366 coolers will fit?
