Hmmm, just noticed...it appears the MSI and Asus also have this ability. The guy goes through the BIOSes and all 3 appear to have a setting to maintain that overclock on constant no matter the load. Will still get the Gigabyte though. Seems to be the case that it just works straight out the box - no fuss and no stress. :D
 
Well I was one of the unlucky ones. Asus P67 Pro will not post never had problems with Asus in the past but will definately be going with Gigabyte when this one is sent back.
