As the title really, TD servers went down around 3:30, so decieded to mess around for a while. Decided to see how The Forest was shaping up, not looked at it for about 6 months. I must say, it's had quite a bit of polish, lots more to build and do, overall feels way better now.

Started my little journey after a heavy crash landing..oh the plane now has carpet haha.

Left the crash site in search of some food and water and a place to setup camp for the night. On my way found a little camp which looks like the island inhabitants are close by, decided to go the other way haha.

Night time arrived, had some fun with the local inhabitants which are now amputated and burning nicely on the fire...:)

Luckily managed to make it through the night, made some camp goodies this morning, wood and stick collector racks and a sea turtle shell for collecting rain water.....sorry crush :) There's a nice little rabbit trap in the woods as well, time to start building up some defences now I think

Really enjoyed the 45 minutes play time on The Forest again, lots more to do, like I said feels more complete. Looking forward to picking that up again later on this evening. Time for some Division.

Me and a friend went back onto it and noticed the custom buildings, to which we found doors still do not work!

The game looks and plays better, but lots of the little things are still broken. I hope it gets finished so I can sink some good hours into it.

agree mate, it def looks and plays nicer and the extra things to build was needed. It's been a long long time since I stopped playing it due to not feeling like it was progressing, but it's now feeling better for sure. I'm sure in the next few days i'll find some bugs, after all it is alpha...but for the moment def feels like a step in the right direction.
