Oh I am so glad it isnt only me suffering at such a young age.
My hairs been thinning, badly for the past 3/4 years, to the point where I just got fed up and now I shave it every week. To begin with It really got me down, I thought it made me look far older than I actually am but now, with much reassurance, I love it. Far easier to maintain and personally I think it suits me far better.

Apologies for the pun.
Do you literally shave it off with a razor? I shave mine off with clippers but even that looks too long and doesn't work if you don't have a full crop of hair to show off.
Would be interested in hearing what equipment you use to shave your bonce.

When i use to have a bad routine and stay up constantly at bad times and such my hair got thin but then gettting back into a good lifestyle my hair became healthy again and what not.
Anyhoo i do a 0 on the sides and back with a faded blend up to the top which is usualy like a 3 all sharp n what not.
My barber does it hes great.

I love being bald, I'm actually more self-concious when the bloody stuff I have left starts growing back, it's a PITA having to shave my bonce every day, I wish someone would find a method of stopping what's left of your hair growing back, not the other way around!

Doofer use the cream you use on other parts of the body basicaly you put it on before a shower then wait 5 10 mins jump in wash it off and presto no hair present and you could do that every day in the shower as you would normally shampoo and it removes it all.
Im not sure what using it daily might do to the skin i have not looked but it depends on how irritant you are to things like that.

No I don't use a razor.
I have clippers but use them without the length attachments.

No sign of hair loss here, which is nice since I have pony tail, which would look stupid if was balding. My Grandpa still had a fairly good head of hair when he passed away at the age of 90.
My brother however got the genes from mums side, and has a widows peak (he's younger then me as well).

Since cutting my hair shorter for work, my hairline is quite noticable (mainly due to the crap non-style).
I'm thinking about a shortish fauxhawk sometime over the next week. If that turns out crap, I'm just going to go a number one all over. Although I'm bricking it as I reckon I'll look very strange. (read: Stranger)

Hmm so do I. I wonder what you're doing to get all the hair off and I'm not.
Are there a couple of screws on the underside of the blade on your clipper? You can loosen those and move the bottom blade as close to the edge of the top blade as possible but keep it a wee hair back. That should get you a closer shave.
Damien I dont ever remember seeing a pic of you with thinning hair?
It's a shame to cut it ALL off, can't you just do number 1 all over?

Nothing wrong with growing too tall for your hair
Losing my hair was and still is brilliant, I'd genuinely like it all taken off completely so I don't have to do a number 1 on the pitiful remains of what was once a full head of hair. I had very fine hair so going outside in the rain or wind ruined any attempt at a hair style anyway!
I don't envy anyone with hair, life without it is much less hassle!! Nothing better on a warm day in the office than going to the gents and shoving your head under the top. 1 paper towel later and I'm dry as a whistle.
Wife wouldn't have fancied me if I'd kept my thinning hair anyway, buying a shaver and taking it all off was the best decision I ever made
