Just got back from this, stayed in a hotel to make a long weekend of it.
Was a good ride, distance wasnt a problem, hills were due to combination of heavy biycle, only 4th and 5th gears working and the fact I came off a bike and dislocated my shoulder 7 days before the ride!!
Nice to meet you Jonny, was a bit of a quick meeting my shoulder was killing me and I too was starving for some chips!

thanks again for sponsoring me! I took part as a team with my mate and his mother (who kept up a bloody good pace!), great ride, really glad I did it and plan to do it again next year!
