Just wondering who has purchased a 660ti?

Care to share your thoughts and pictures and benchmarks, preferably for BF3?

Thinking at some point I will likely upgrade my 480 to a new slinkier model, is the 660 the way to go or wait for prices to fall(<I will be doing that anyway:D)

Linus priced it around 7870 which is no where near the current price. Reference xards are 300$ as well and we have another £50. added why?

I will post a bench when I get mine tomorrow.

Ps if you take off the price of borderlands this card works out £70 cheaper than the same msi model in a 670 which is quite a difference to someone on a budget especially when this will play nearly any game at 1080p very well.

Unfortunately, the fact that they think they can launch at such an absurd price, show's there's no shortage of 'mugs'.

Love how people are calling it budget. These prices are not what yours average budget gamer will pay with todays games pushing the limits even that little bit further. I'd be happy to ***** £200 on this and take the hit should it not play the newest games on medium/high AND a new range come out in a few months. Really wouldn't miss that £200.00 because I'd feel like I have gotten decent value for money.

You are still mad getting this 660 when you could have got the 7950's on offer which are cheaper, faster in every way, and come with 3 free games.

I bought the EVGA 660 Ti, i was looking for a new card and i was gonna buy Borderlands 2 anyway so win win :).

Card should be here on tuesday, Cant wait

The games I want to play are battlefield 3 and borderlands 2 and this card is much better at them.

I was going to buy borderlands anyway for £30 so it only works out £230.

I know the 7950 is good but the same msi model is £270 and so £40 more and not as good at the games I want to play so it's definitely not the card for me.

Fair enough about BF3, I take it you won't be over clocking?
Remember the 7950 also comes with free games which you can sell for around £30 too.
How do you know borderlands 2 will play better on the 660, or are you talking about physx?
