Software for resizing jpeg image files and MP4 videos

Hi fellow Overclockers!

I recently came back from Thailand and I took lots of photos and videos which I wanted to upload on to facebook.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to how I can go on about resizing them? i.e. are there any free softwares out there you can recommend to me?

IRFANVIEW. it is FREE. Easy to resize photos in that.
If your images are in JPG then save a copy as a TIFF. Do some work on it, when finished resave as a JPG. You can delete the tiff after, if you so wish.
