Software to backup photos to a local server

I recently got a home server and want to backup my girlfriend's photos from her laptop to it.

She has about 50gb of photos from over the years, and i'm hoping for a nice program / way to automatically sync the photos, similar to how dropbox manages things, from her pictures folder to a specific folder on the server.

Her laptop is running Windows 7, and the server is running Windows Server 2012.

Have a look at crashplan, its free for what you want to use it for.

Windows 8 File History

Obviously you'd need to get windows 8 but...

Failing that Window 7 backup. Set the folder / set the schedule, forget about it.

robocopy C:\Users\Username\Pictures \\servername\SharedFolder
Create Scheduled task to run said batchfile
