Software to mount an iso file as a virtual drive in windows?

Go to the Settings for your Virtual PC. Then find the DVD Drive option. You should have options such as None, Open ISO or Access a physical drive.

Seconded, far more reliable and less hassle than Daemon Tools.

I used to use Daemon Tools for years but Virtual Clone Drive seems better IMO although you can't really go wrong with either.
