Computer shipped using parcel force and he lives in a block of flats. The online tracking service shows its been signed for and the address is hipped to is the one he gave on bay and paypal

So what do i do now?

maybe a 'reception desk' at his block of flats has got it?

Your part of the transaction is complete, I'd have thought. Screen print the tracking service page and email him this. Is he being reasonable or accusing you of ripping him off?

You have proof of postage.

He has now to take it up with his neighbours, not you.

*I think.

no he just emailed me and said.

'i havnt got the computer yet. i will get it this week right?'

Get a POD from the courier. Even RM recorded has electronic proof of delivery.

Paypal always ALWAYS side with the buyer. No matter how much concrete evidence you have and how flimsy his argument is, they will side with him.

really? so that means you can become a a very rich person if you just keep on saying you never recived the item and claiming refunds.

surely not eh?

Paypal are actually quite reasonable but only if you have electronic proof of postage and receipt, ie parcelforce offer such a service. As long as you have these, paypal should side with you.

I'm curious, what's the feedback of this buyer?

his feedback is three. and parcelforce are one of the shipping services that paypal advise to use

should = 99% won't side with you. Paypal are naff when it comes to stuff like this imo - even in seemingly open ans shut cases.

Did you ship to a verified address? If so, I wouldn't worry too much, as you should be covered from all angles seeing as you have sent via a trackable method and have POP and POD.
