Sold my 360 - anything I need to do to it?

I've sold my XBOX360 and obviously I need to delete all my content off it and everything.

Is the best way to do a format of the hard disk?

Anything else I need to do / pass onto the buyer?

Is my XBOX360 tied to me in anyway? I have a live account.

Clear the cache and format the hard disk.

wouldn't have thought the buyer could use any of the content on the machine, as its all tied to your gamerprofile - saves etc.
