htc hero running floyo 2.2
successfully followed the instructions here and installed this

but how do i install the google apps (only the basic ones installed with the ROM)

The ROM only includes the most basic google apps. The Car Home, ChromeToPhone, Google voice, etc. missing apps can be installed with the following update:
Full Google Apps - based on 2010-09-30 update"
i have downloaded the pack but what do i do next...?
