some from me, inc. first feeble attempt at HDR :D

So i finally got off my back side and took my camera out, it's been hazy today though with no clouds so couldn't really try any decent HDR's, however, i wanted to have a go seeing as it's the 'in' thing to do so i tried anyway, first isn't but i liked it anyway, 2+3 are HDR though.

i know they look a bit fake but what you think?

I like 1 as its just a nicely composed and rich in coloured shot. Number two I keep comparing to the shot of that pier you posted ages ago which was great! But this is nice too.

Number 3 I dont really like as the colours seem wrong. The van looks in places white and in most of the others a darker miss match.

thanks for the comments, the van in no.3 was coloursed like that and at the top of the hill is oilseed rape, i kinda like it tbh but i know it also looks kind of fake. I'm suprised you remembered that shot of the pier fstop11

, for those that never saw it.....

I'm liking 1 & 2 - although I think perhaps I'd prefer 2 if the area at the bottom of the frame was darker ~ HDR's all very fine and well and whatnot, but at the moment the area in shadow appears to be brighter than that in sunlight!

4 is great too, but it doesn't have the nifty breakers that 2 does!

Really liking 1 though. The haze has, I think, helped here - it blurs the horizon which would otherwise be a hard line, and perhaps a touch distracting.

I got a deja-vu feeling when I first saw number 2 aswell

Thought for a moment this was an old thread.

I like them, number 2 is my favourite.
