Just went out today - noticed my car has been scraped by someone else while parked!

Just wondering what i'll need to do? First car and first time this has happened - only had the car 2 weeks!

Take it i should go to a pressure washer to clean off the black bits of the other persons bumper?

There is a bigger gap in the panels then the other side, and a slight dent.

Looks like HGF :(

Probably mounting clip broken, hence the gap.

Do you live on a very narrow road with cars parked both sides?
In which case leave as is, as it'll only happen again.

Can't be bothered to repair any of the countless scrapes I have on my car. Stupid roads and stupid drivers.

That happens so often to my dads car he stopped being even bothered by it, all 4 corners are scraped including both sides at the near the wheel arches.
Stupid blind idiots driving...

Does it only give you internet points if you apply it with a £150 electric polisher?

Preferably applied by virgin maidens under a full moon with the car pointing in a North-South direction to ensure correct polarisation of the magnetic domains in the polish. Failure to do this will result in swirls and holograms :(

I had a similar thing with my Golf but it was a juggernaut that put one of its tyres all across a back wheel arch and bumper. They never stopped so had to take it to a local bodyshop I know. £150 notes lighter and it's back as good as new. Didn't half **+] me off though.

And sudden epilepsy attacks that'll remind you were only watching a 70's disco documentry that had some insane flashing lights to take you out. :/
