I have the opposite problem 'round here. On a windy trash day bins blow across my yard all the time. I have no idea where they came from so I'll put a brick in them to keep them in one place, and leave them on the sidewalk for a few days. Nobody ever comes around to collect them, so I end up with a new bin!
