I have reported the listing as intellectual copyright infringement to eBay for those 2 images but is there anything else that can be done while I sit and wait for eBay to confirm what action they will take? I expect it won't be much going by recent experiences of other people re: eBay issues.

The seller appears to have a large stockpile of them and has low feedback rating. How did the seller get so much stock when quite frankly it's near impossible to get 1 HZ24Wi today?

I smell a scam.

Either way I don't want my photographs associated with that auction.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post the listing itself but if I am I can post it here.

The seller would likely have used more of my photos but due to the rest of mine being the Hazro on the Ergotron arm he or she didn't use those.

I'm tempted to just post the issue on 4chan and let them deal with it in the usual manner but that may be going a bit too far, though if it is a scam...I would not bat an eyelid ¬_¬

Ummm :p

Previous 4chan pwns resulted in the person(')s(') facebook/myspace/home address/parent's workplace/phone number/other details/school etc being posted online, suspicious packages being sent to them, late night calls, greifing - etc

haha, sounds like a winner to me. Id just go for that as its unlikely eBay will get round to doing anything.

Well I have sent a sensible message to the seller to remove them.

If nothing happens then I will post it on 4chan and sleep a little easier at night :)

There is the old classic of switching your pics for some of the internet's more less safe for work images you might find out there!

Just found the listing.
Gotta love the way all of the 9 feedback the seller has are all private.

I smell dung somewhere in that auction.

Interesting. Post it on 4chan and then post the link here (or to me, email in trust) i have never really been on 4chan before and would like to see an ebay fraud seller go down

Ebay will be very slow in reacting and most likely the auction will be over by the time they respond.

If the seller is a professional seller with multiple items you have good chances to pursue him for copyright infringement however this is a lengthy process.

If he really is a scammer than you have little chance. Is this ebay uk or us? If US then file a DMCA violation report that usually makes them respond faster.
