Hello all,

as title really , i need an sli board, it has to have 2 ide sockets and 5 or more sata.

I know i am asking a lot but i dont want to sell any of my current components

Price range would help!

CPU wise, the 6600 is v good, or the 6400. With a bit of work, both can reach 3.2 fairly easily, maybe even more.

Motherboard wise, the asus P5N-e is the only 650i board to have 2 IDE channels and 5 SATA IIRC. For the 680 boards, all will have the sata channels, but some only have 1 ide channels.

Can't really advise any more due to a budget needed though.

I have a budget of 300, i have a case, ram, , graphics, all hdds, cpu cooler. all i need is a mobo that has 2 ide ports and atleast 6 sata, then i need a good clocking cpu :D
 
Well the two DVD writers can run off 1 IDE, why dont you backup all the stuff on the IDE HDDs, sell them and upgrade to SATA-II?

680i is expensive and 965P would overclock just as nicely :)
