Well, I think it should be split 50:50.
I would have claimed the ticket myself, then given half to the guy who won. If he wasn't happy, I'd keep the lot... seen as he isn't eligible to win anyway.

Yes. And I'm sure a lot of the people saying "I'd split it 50/50 if I'd won" would do nothing of the sort if they actually won.

My opinion is she he didn't have to give anything and £50k isn't exactly a small amount either.
