If I ever win the lottery I am not telling a sole, I will simply abandon all my friends and family, all my possession and buy somewhere in nice in Italy and pay for a visa to USA/Canada/New Zealand/Australia and retire.
I would never see anyone I previously new again. I ain't giving anyone a penny.
Seriously how could you give a lot of money away after only winning £2.3m? You would still need to be careful with your money if you're in your twenties.
The morons saying they would give away £800k after only winning 2.3m are you insane? I could understand if you are 60+ but if you 40 or under that is very silly. What about your future generations to consider? What about the legacy for your future grandchildren etc etc

..im guessing there is another report with the full story somewhere ?
I'm a moron according to Oxy
Funny that, because I do actually work at a psychiatric hospital.
Giving £800k away so that I have £1.5M left is my call, my prerogative, thank you.
If I won the lottery, just off the top of my head there are ~20 people I would be giving some to automatically. In such a case £2.3M doesn't go all that far.
