Something to shove in your bosses face!
Sitting posture was the last thing I expected this article to be about :o

I try to make sure I don't slouch when I'm sat down anyway.

Also, the human body normally does what it thinks best for itself. Ever felt yourself naturally slide down in a chair? Now you know why!

TBH there is always gonna be some study going on that suggests that doing one thing rather than another is better for you.

DONT EAT CRISPS CAUSE YOUR BASICALLY EATING 2 MILLION GALLONS OF COOKING OIL STRAIGHT OUT THE BOTTLE A YEAR. Or things like, Alcohol is bad for your but a glass of wine a day is good for you blah blah.

Scientists are just bored and looking for the next thing for us not to do. DONT DRIVE, U MIGHT DIE.

Perllleassssse!

Well that is just another one of the things I was on about.

sorry but since i was 0 my mum as been saying wine is good for you, mind you, she probably just wanted an excuse :D

OK THEN. The scientist that thought that little kooky one up was an alcoholic and watned to justify the wine he/she drank :p

All im saying is that there are so many good for you bad for you things that its hard to keep up with whats what. Bleh. Too late to type stuffs :p

uhh... Whoop-de-do? I thought everyone knew that was better for your back? That was never the argument - but it's nigh-on impossible to work like that. So sitting with your back straight is better than slouching - which are your only options when working.

Problem with leaning back so far is that you're then straining your eyes, making it much more uncomfortable.

In this study, the patients assumed three different sitting positions: a slouching position, in which the body is hunched forward as if they were leaning over a desk or a video game console

Anyone else hunch forwards over theirs? :p No didn't think so.
