For the last 2 nights my net connection has been pretty poor, I have a 20mb connection with Virgin Media and right now I'm lucky if i can get a 100k-200k download speed.
I've called Virgin Media and they've told me there isn't a problem in my area (Ashford, Kent) so I'm left assuming there's a problem with my hardware or software.
I use adaware/spybot/Nod32 and do regular scans, going to do another 1 tonight to make sure.
Is there anyway to see which programs on my computer are accessing the net and downloading? Just to make sure I don't have a rogue program causing all my problems.
