Just plugged a Sony BDP S5500 into a new Hisense 24" HDTV but I am getting no video output, I suspect the resolution is wrong. I've read that I need to press the stop button on the remote for 10 seconds to make it default to its lowest resolution but that's not working. If I put a Blu-ray Disc in it plays fine, I guess the menu is at the wrong resolution?
Anyone know the key combination to do a factory reset please ?
