sony nw-a806 4gb any good?

Hiya been looking at these recently, with the option of getting one this weekend, are these decent enough in terms of sound quality, and what about file transfers and all that...basically anything you guys can say to stop me buying an ipod

Should add, that i can get these at £99 due to a nice discount ill be getting for this weekend only

Well time to update this thread, i got the player that weekend, for £79 with 10 free songs (work discount)(high street electrical store) overall the player is fantastic at what it does, love the screen quality, very sharp for its size, sound quality is top as you would expect.
The only draw back is SonicStage, i cant for the life of me get it to work for more than 5 mins transfering my songs to the player, seems to crash somewhere.

Build quality is very nice indeed, nice sleek metal finish,
Controls very easy to use, although the hold button could have been better placed (currently on the back)
But Blimey its thin and very light, put it in a deep pocket, and you could easily forget its there.

All in all i love it as a player, but i hate the software.
