Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Edition

Hello,
I am considering purchasing the following:

Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 - £42.97

I ahve used Pinnacle Stuio 9 in the past and it has some features whcih I need you guys to tell me if this new software includes:

- smart sound capabilities. (Dynamically changing music soundtracks f=to fit any duration of film

- DVD menu creation and to create chapters in the video!



Also does anyone know if I can buy this software and download it instead of waiting for the boxed verison as it is sort of desperate!
