Sony W705cbu vs Samsung H6400

So im after either of these two (mainly for cost, but also because they arent half bad).

However, the Sony is mostly for its input lag (<20ms) and the Samsung more for its better screen.

I am just wondering if anyone owns either and can comment, i kinda edge towards the Samsung, but i dont enjoy its price as much.

Loads of us on here have the Samsung, it's a great TV for the money.

Is it the 40 inch or 48 inch, as the 48 inch is Edge lit from what i understand.

They are all edge lit. Edge lit is fine I have it on my F8000.

I swear the 40 inch was back lit with several sources (Rtings, AVforum etc) though spec sheets seem to occasionally imply otherwise, but then there's an extra 8 inches to that makes it the 1080p quality more visible however.
