Sooo... When are we going to get a mobile app?

Why would you even want a mobile app.

Website annoy me, with the constant use an app, or defaults to a mobile web page with either no option to select main website and no option to always launch main website.

Modern smartphones are so good, normal sites are fine on mobile devices.

Not that I'm against companies offering these. Just make sure there's a always open this format choice and a classic/mobile option at the bottom.

Sat at a bus stop, waiting for a late bus? In an airport terminal, with a while to wait? Out shopping with your girlfriend who is taking 45 minutes to try on 15 dresses? This list could go on and on and on...

Plenty of reasons you'd find yourself browsing the internet whilst out of the house.

Sorry but thats not really good enough... Tapatalk makes using forums on older devices about 10x easier and it's not exactly hard to implement. At least give people the choice.
